Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by SRS Software, a 451 Studios brand, and 451 Studios LLC, collectively referred to in these Rules as the "Sponsor."

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins when the landing page first becomes publicly available and continues until the Sponsor closes the campaign in its sole discretion (an end date will be posted on the landing page before the campaign closes). The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway at any time, subject to applicable law.

4. How to Enter

1. Visit the official giveaway landing page and complete the entry form with the required information: first name, last name, email address, and shirt size.
2. Company and phone number are optional. Email consent and SMS consent are optional and are not required to enter or win.
3. Limit one base entry per person using a unique email address. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.
4. After a valid entry, the entrant may receive a personal referral link. Each qualifying referral that results in a new valid entry may earn the original entrant five (5) bonus entries, up to a maximum of one hundred (100) bonus entries per entrant, subject to verification by the Sponsor.
5. No purchase, payment, or sales presentation is required to enter or win.

5. Bonus Entries and Referral Restrictions

Referral-based bonus entries are intended for genuine person-to-person sharing. The Sponsor may invalidate referrals generated through bots, spam, fake accounts, self-referrals, multiple email aliases controlled by the same person, incentivized traffic, or any other abusive or deceptive method. The Sponsor reserves the right to audit entry sources and adjust totals accordingly. Bonus entries are capped at one hundred (100) bonus entries per entrant.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

When the giveaway closes, the Sponsor will conduct a weighted random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, including verified bonus entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of entries attributed to each entrant.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one SRS Software branded t-shirt in the shirt size submitted with the entry or another available comparable size if necessary for fulfillment. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $30 USD. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided at entry, and may also be contacted by phone or SMS if that information was voluntarily provided. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility, provide a shipping address, and complete an affidavit or release where permitted or required by law. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. General Conditions

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules.
• The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the campaign.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited.

10. Publicity and Privacy

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

12. Winner List

For a winner list request after the giveaway has ended, contact the Sponsor using the contact channel identified in the Privacy Policy and reference the "SRS Software T-Shirt Giveaway."
