Does DetailOS collect customer payments from job packets?
No. DetailOS subscription billing is active for shop access. Customer/job packet payment collection remains intentionally disabled unless it is separately approved, built, and QA'd.
Does it send review requests, SMS, or emails automatically?
No. Those sends remain guarded. The current verified workflow focuses on shop operations, proof, packets, reporting, QuickBooks invoice sync, and subscription access.
