Digital products and subscriptions
Digital products and subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. This includes one-time purchases such as Operator OS, BotForge, BookIt, CardFront, QR Stuff, Stockpile, and SocialProof.
Operator OS guarantee
For the Operator OS kit: if it doesn't save you 10 hours in your first 30 days, reply to your receipt email and we'll refund you — no questions.
Subscriptions
For subscription products, you may cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
Disputes
Chargebacks and payment disputes are resolved per Stripe's policies. If something is wrong, contact us first — we'd rather fix it than fight about it.
