Quick Start
- Register an account at https://app.451studios.com/register.html?app=reach
- Log in and add your first contacts
- Build your first workflow and turn it on — follow-ups go out automatically

First-time Setup
- Step 1: Register at https://app.451studios.com/register.html?app=reach (you'll receive a confirmation)
- Step 2: Log in to https://app.451studios.com/reach/ (the dashboard loads with an empty state)
- Step 3: Complete your shop/company profile (name, address, contact info)
- Step 4: Add your contacts (name, phone, email) and tag them (e.g. vip, repeat, new_lead)
- Step 5: Create a workflow — pick a trigger event (e.g. service_completed), then add steps (request review → 30-day offer → 90-day rebook)
- Step 6: Turn the workflow active. New events run through it automatically

- Reach is $29 one-time. No monthly fee. No setup fees.
