Getting Started
Creating an Account
- Go to the BookIt checkout page.
- Enter your business name, your name, email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters).
- Choose your plan: $48.95 one-time (pay once, use forever) or $4.95/month (cancel anytime).
- You'll be taken to Stripe checkout to complete payment.
- After payment, you'll be redirected to your BookIt dashboard where you can set up your booking widget.
Setting Up Your Booking Widget
- From the dashboard, define your services (e.g., "30-min Consultation," "Full Detail").
- Add your staff members and set their availability hours.
- Customize the widget appearance to match your brand.
- Get the embed code and paste it into your website.
- Test a booking to make sure everything flows correctly.

How much does BookIt cost?

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. If you're on the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases have nothing to cancel — you keep access forever.
How do I export my data?
You can view all booking data from your dashboard. For bulk exports or data migration assistance, email us.
What happens when my subscription expires?
If you're on a monthly plan and your subscription expires, your account enters a read-only state. Your booking data remains accessible, and existing appointments are preserved, but the widget stops accepting new bookings. To reactivate, simply resubscribe. If you purchased the one-time plan, there's no expiration.
How do I embed the widget on my site?
From your BookIt dashboard, copy the embed snippet and paste it into your website's HTML where you want the booking form to appear. It works with all major website builders (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify) and custom sites.
Can customers pay online through BookIt?
BookIt handles booking and scheduling. Payment processing depends on your setup — you can collect payment at time of service or integrate with external payment tools.
Can I set different hours for different staff?
Yes. Each staff member can have their own schedule, break times, and days off. BookIt only shows available slots based on each staff member's availability.
How does the Trio Bundle work?
